Pukhlikov–Khovansky theorem for oriented cohomology theories

Abstract: Following L. Monin and E. Smirnov we obtain a generalization of Pukhlikov–Khovansky theorem to the case of an arbitrary cohomology theory in the sense of Levine and Morel.
