A note about experimental determination of Poisson's ratio in the cracked media

L. A. Molotkov, P. V. Krauklis
Abstract: As it is shown in some experimental works the Poisson's ratio in the cracked media may be very small and even negative. Some explanation of this phenomenon founded on the matrix method for cracked media is proposed.
