Abstract: Invariant finite dimensional solutions to the Yang–Baxter equation are considered for the group $GL_3$. Algebraic relations for transfer matricies demonstrate a connection between representation theory and Bethe Ansatz. The classical and quantum models associated with considered solutions are listed.
