A constructivization of the notions of $\varepsilon$-entropy and $\varepsilon$-capacity

Abstract: Conditions are found warranting existence of constructive functions inverse to $\varepsilon$-entropy, $\varepsilon$-capacity and $n$-width of compact sets can be constructively proved.
