Abstract:
The article makes the case for taking into account dynamic effects in anisotropic cylindrical shell under the influence of permanent largest internal overpressure, spreading along her forming a constant acceleration, capable of establishing the envelopes voltages, many times larger than the static components, which may lead to fracture.
