Algorithm for finding the moment of a trend change in the time series of meteorological variables

Abstract:
An algorithm is proposed for finding the bifurcation point in a time series, and its implementation is performed over time series of air temperatures. The influence of the measurement error on the stability of finding the bifurcation point is simulated.
