Finding the parameters of a franchising agreement in the production sphere by methods of theory of hierarchical games

Abstract:
In the article approach is given to finding the parameters of a franchise agreement in the production sphere based on the presentation of the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee in the form of a hierarchical game. In this case, different types of hierarchical games are considered depending on the principles of optimality used. Analytical expressions are obtained for the calculation of contract parameters for linear and nonlinear (quadratic) functions of the variable costs of the subjects of a franchise agreement.
