Abstract:
A mathematical model and results of numerical calculations for the process of $\mathrm{UF}_6$ transfusion with light impurities for different values of the free volume have been presented. The mathematical model is based on the Navier–Stokes equations for viscous incompressible fluid and laws of conservation of mass and energy for gas within a free volume. Distributions of the mass of light impurities evaporated into a vessel and transfused with the liquid have been obtained.
