A simulation model of forming profile opinions within the collective

Abstract:
By the profile of the opinions in the article we understand a set of staff members’ opinions in relation to the proposed innovation. Formation of opinions within the social group or inside a collective is the object of study by many authors. The members of the team are represented as a directed graph, wherein nodes are team members, and directed arcs connecting the vertices indicate the direction of the influence exerted by one member team over another. Vertices of the graph are divided into subsets, representing different levels of the organizational structure collective. Combining subsets gives the whole set of vertices, wherein the subset does not contain common vertices. On the top level, having a number 1 is a top manager or supervisor of the collective. At level 2, there are persons who are directly subordinate top managers, then, at the level of 3 persons are directly subordinate to the persons on level 2, etc. We consider the hierarchical structure when directed arcs connect only vertices belonging to different and necessarily adjacent levels. In this paper a simulation model of the opinions dynamics is sugested. The program is implemented in the environment of MATLAB. A test case is considered. Bibliogr. 3.
