Modeling of charged particle beam dynamics

Abstract:
The problems of modeling of charged particle intense beams are considered. The integrodifferential model of particle dynamics with a smoothed interaction, for which the existence and uniqueness of solutions are proved, is investigated. Examples of such models are presented. Considered mathematical model of integrodifferential equations with the Coulomb interaction and the constructed examples of such models can be effectively used in solving various problems of modeling and optimization of charged particle beam dynamics in the accelerating and focusing structures.
