Abstract:
This article represents the second part of a survey dedicated to the 300th anniversary of Saint Petersburg State University (SPbSU). The article is intended on analysis the scientific achievements of the Saint Petersburg School of Mathematics and Mechanics in the field of rigid body dynamics in the last 50 years. The main attention in the article is paid to theoretical research in the field of uncontrolled and controlled motions of a rigid body
