Abstract: In this work possibilities of program modelling of deterministic chaos mode are investigated. The research is carried out on the example of program model of Van-der-Pol oscillator. NIST statistical tests suite is used for the evaluation of cryptographic properties of received generator of pseudo-random numbers.
