Generation and interaction of autopulses in vibrationally-excited gas with power source

Abstract:
Basing on numerical solution of gas dynamics equations, the possibility of generation of autopulses with the sharp leading front and near exponential tail front is shown in nonequilibrium media. Similar to the soliton collision, the full pulse regeneration after mutual collisions of these autopulses is found.
