Abstract:
The resonance properties of ferroshpinel films 20–30 $\rm \mu m$ thick obtained by chemical transport reactions were considered. Measurements were performed for the perpendicular orientation of the film relative to the external static magnetic field. Along with a uniform additional resonance absorption peaks corresponding to surface exchange spin waves localized at the free surface of the film were found. The constants of the surface anisotropy, the parameters of the spin pinning, the wave numbers of spin-wave modes were determined.
Keywords:
ferroshpinel films, spin-wave resonance, exchange surface spin waves, surface anisotropy constant.
