Abstract:
It is researched the residual stresses into the surface hardening details with V-type notches. It is established that depth of the notches exerts significant effect on the distribution of behavior of residual stresses distribution within notches region.
Keywords:
residual stresses, surface hardening, initial deformation, flat detail with V-type notches, thickness of detail, depth notch.
