Imperfection of structure, magnetic and ohf properties of monocrystal films manganous ferrospinel

Abstract:
Influence of degree of structure deficiency on parameters of a ferromagnetic resonance and magnetic anisotropy of monocrystal films of ferrospinel has been considered. The elastic stress and the uniaxial anisotropy characteristics were approximated. The satisfactory consent of calculation of a constant uniaxial anisotropy is received by a method of the magnetic torque curve and a method of a ferromagnetic resonance.
