Methods of genetic information representation

Abstract:
The principle of formal representation of elementary DNA blocks is considered. The criterions of physical nature are suggested and the graphical model of 16S-pRNA fragment is obtained. The formalization of nucleotide sequences determines the possibility of analysis of its elements packing. Some variants of such model are shown, including ones demonstrating its sensibility to the imitation of mutagenesis.
