Electric fields in plastically deformed crystals with charged dislocations

Abstract:
The expressions for the electric fields intensities formed by the operation of the dislocational source in the crystal with charged dislocations are given in the paper. The area of the source and accumulation of its emitted dislocations are considered separately. The first is introduced as plain charged layer which summary charge quantity is equal to the charge quantity of dislocations in the accumulation.
