The Construction and Analysis of Complex Hemodynamics Model of Human Cardiovascular System, Including Biophysical and Biochemical Blocks

Abstract:
The researching objects of this work are
processes, taking place in circulatory humans system. In this work we study
three models of cardiovascular humans system, which are represented by
algebra differential equations. The main aim is a numerical analysis of
these models and also a search of possibility to connect and aggregate
them.
As the result the complex model of cardiovascular humans system was
obtained. It makes possible to trace the dynamics of an arterial pressure,
the blood flow and the sectional area during rather long time interval (a
few weeks!) in each point of each arteriole of a man, who suffers from
different pathologies of cardiovascular system. The complex hemodynamics
model makes possible to compute a wide spectrum of states and pathologies.
The application of this model in biology and medicine will permit to study
different diseases of cardiovascular humans system in detail.
