Abstract: A new method for determining the parameters of small meteoric bodies by the height of disappearance on entering the Earth's atmosphere is proposed. The heat exchange processes in front of a body are taken into account. Some numerical results for a number of small meteoric bodies registered by the Canadian Network are discussed.
Key words: meteoric body, meteoroid, extra-atmospheric mass, height of disappearance, chondrite, stone.
