Regular translation-rotational motions of a rigid body in the gravitation field of a sphere

E. N. Eremenko
Abstract: Translation-rotational motion of a triaxial body influenced by gravitational attraction of a sphere is investigated. Spherical harmonics of potential attraction up to the fourth order are taken into account. It is also assumed that the third and the fourth spherical harmonics are of the same order. Assuming all this the regular motion is obtained. The problem of correcting boundaries of regions of stability is discussed.
