On the motion of a gyrostat by inertia around the fixed mass centre

S. I. Zlochevskiy, G. M. Zharkov
Abstract: The laws of variation of the axes of permanent rotations and centrodes on the energy ellipsoid of the support of a gyrostat as the gyrostatic moment changes are considered. The gyrostat consists of the support and one rotor and moves by inertia about a fixed centre of mass.
