Implementation of an object-oriented model of domain decomposition on the basis of parallel distributed CORBA-components

S. P. Kopysov, I. V. Krasnoperov, V. N. Rychkov

Institute of Applied Mechanics, Ural Branch of RAS, Izhevsk
Abstract: Various parallel distributed implementations of an object-oriented model of domain decomposition are examined on MPI and CORBA middleware. A parallel distributed component technique is proposed. This technique is based on the CORBA component model CCM, asynchronous invocation of AMI-methods, and encapsulation of MPI-applications.
Keywords: object-oriented models, decomposition method, domain decomposition, application packages, MPI applications, parallel computing.
