NanoMod toolkit for the computer-aided design of nanostructured semiconductor materials

Abstract:
An overall description of NanoMod program complex directed to the computer-aided design of semiconductor nanomaterials is given. The functional orientation of this toolkit, the algorithms of processor system solvers, and the modes of using the preprocessor system are considered. The working lists of instructions and some results obtained during designing a number of nanostructures (the elements of integrated circuits) are discussed.
