The dynamic map of a chromatographic system as a tool to study time-dependent processes in the high-performance liquid chromatography

A. G. Prudkovskii

Vernadsky Institute of Geochemistry and Analytical Chemistry, Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow
Abstract: An algorithm for the visualization of time-dependent processes in the high-performance liquid chromatography is proposed as a dynamic map of a chromatography system. An example of using the dynamic map for the optimal time-gradient mode ion chromatography is discussed.
Keywords: high-performance gradient chromatography; mathematical modeling; chromatographic retention map.
