Advantages of application of carbon nanotubes in displays and leds

Abstract:
The article discusses current issues about the advantages of using carbon nanotubes in displays and LEDs. The main properties and features of carbon nanotubes, their unique emission characteristics, which provide them with significant prospects for use as the basis of future elements in displays and LEDs, are presented. Based on the results of the analysis of various qualitative characteristics of carbon nanotubes, conclusions are drawn about the prospects of their use as the basis for future elements of nanoelectronics.
