Abstract:
Formulated a number of criteria in order to distinguish the radiation of a lithospheric origin of the atmosphere-magnetosphere and magnetosphere-ionosphere to natural radiation. Based on the criteria of the synthesized method of recording and detecting the electromagnetic signals of the lithosphere. Was conducted a field experiment on simultaneous registration of signals from five different electromagnetic and one acoustic sensor in a seismically active region. Preliminary data analysis showed the presence of correlation of pieces of data of acoustic and quadrupole channels. To reveal the connection between acoustic and electromagnetic manifestations of lithospheric processes used the method of superposition of epochs.
Keywords:
VLF radiation, quadrupole antenna, the method of superposition of epochs.
