Abstract: The study of the decision-making issue of setting the selling price of goods in micro markets in the trade and intermediary network is presented. The simplified mathematical model of interaction between buyer and seller for one type of product in the micro-market of perfect competition is described. The behavior of the seller is analyzed, who is in search of an interested buyer and offering him a price on the basis of demand estimation taking into account all investments in the organization of the trade process. The producer and/or seller is engaged in the redistribution of goods in the network and the choice of delivery chains to the final consumer. In this case, the method of pricing at full cost is used, taking into account the factor of demand impact on the sold goods. The problem of construction of the demand function and its convexity analysis using retrospective data and identified non-price factors is considered. When determining the price, the seller is oriented to the buyer's market, where there are data on preferences and usefulness of the received goods in specific volumes for the consumer. The buyer, taking into account his consumer preferences under budget and product price constraints, makes purchasing decisions. In the micro market of the logistics network, a balance is maintained between the predicted demand from the buyer and the seller's income from the sale of goods. The sales transaction revenue function is directly related to the unit cost function and markup factor. The seller decides on the choice of the markup value of the goods depending on retail, small and wholesale sales according to the proposed method.
