Application of the theory of fuzzy set to the assessment tasks and management of competence formation: description of the problem and way of its solution

The method of elaborating of model of management system of competence formation is described. This method allows taking management decisions during reorganization of educational activity at the transition to competence approach of Federal state educational standard of third generation in view of Bologna process. The simplified example of competence level marks is presented. The resulting distribution of fuzzy set combination is obtained for their further treatment.
