Stationary state stability of the process of lactic acid biotechnological production

Abstract:
The equations for evaluation of the stationary state of lactic acid microbiological synthesis have been received. The kinetic dependencies for specific biomass growth rate, consumption of the substrate and lactic acid production are taken as a basis. Raus–Hurwitz method has been used for evaluation of the stability. The matrix elements have been determined by linearization of non-stationary mathematical model equations. The results of the estimation correspond to Lyapunov’s stability concept. The numerical results for some of the stationary states are presented.
