Identification of parameters of numerical mathematical model of sterilization chamber of marine autoclave ASCAMAT 230 for developing the optimal automatic control system

Abstract: The purpose of the paper was to obtain numerical mathematical model parameters of the sterilization chamber autoclave ASCAMAT 230. The mathematical description of the auto-clave sterilization chamber in terms of "input-output" is represented by using transfer functions built according to the transient response obtained as a reaction of an object to a step input. Data on the transient temperature process in the sterilizing chamber have been archived with the help of a research complex on the base of a programmable logic controller PLC 154. Selection of pa-rameters of the model sterilization chamber of the autoclave ASCAMAT 230 was performed using OWENMODELLERDG software developed by the Department of Automation and computer engineering of Murmansk State Technical University. The parameters of a numerical model sterilization chamber of the autoclave ASCAMAT 230 have been best identified by a second-order link and optimized according to $J$ criterion, which includes standard deviation of the model from the object over the study period. The maximum deviation of the numerical mathematical model of the temperature of the autoclave sterilization chamber ASCAMAT 230 from the true value in the apparatus did not exceed 2$^\circ$ C. The result of this study is the numerical mathematical model of the sterilization chamber of the ship autoclave ASCAMAT 230. This result is used when setting up the system of automatic control of the ship autoclave ASCAMAT 230.
