Management of GLONASS-based transport logistics systems

Abstract: The article deals with a fundamentally new task of constructing a subsystem of decision support in the system of transport logistics based on the innovative concept of the use of navigation systems, which, unlike existing concepts, not only records the violation of the rules of cargo movement or storage, but also allows to prevent malicious acts in relation to the cargo processing. The satellite navigation systems are supposed to use at facilities of cargo storage — warehouse complexes. The general algorithm of the decision-making process in the GLONASS service delivery systems for transport logistics is given, which should be placed in the dispatch center of the transport company providing cargo transportation services. Based on the analysis of the above algorithm, a list of information technologies has been formed, which it is expedient to use in this GLONASS service delivery system. Using satellite navigation systems helps to improve protection and security of stored goods, as well as transported goods.
