Abstract:
The article deals with the mathematical model for choosing optimal strategy of behavior of the participants of managing fish products manufacturing. The model supposes recording and analyzing a great number of changing parameters, since management of activities in the field of fishery takes place in conditions of uncertainty (lacking in completeness orclarity of information, uncertainty related to the person making decision, his/her preferences and attitude to risk in the course of developing strategies of behavior in the industrial process) and availability of different risks (weather, anthropogenic, epidemiological, information, etc.). Selection rules were combined on the basis of various criteria convolutions in order to evaluate the usefulness of the solution. Optimal strategy selection helps to reduce economic losses. The results of the study are of applied nature and can be used in the development related to the design of information systems, as well as in the decision support systems for the fishing industry.
