Abstract:
The aim of the study is to search the way to improve the wastewater treatment at the enterprises of oil industry. The paper presents the improved automated complex of wastewater treatment in the sewage pumping station, where water with oil sludge is defecated. It is proposed to use two pumps for qualitative clarification of wastewater after defecation. First, the intake pump takes off oil layer from the water surface, then the submersible pump removes water. The division of the phases during defecation into light phase (oil) and heavy phase (water) takes place due to various density of the medium. The magnetostrictive level gauge densitometer gradually fixes signals to the controller with the values of temperature, liquid level in the reservoir, the calculation of density and defecation time is made. The data get to the controller unit that increases the reliability control. The complex can be included into one of the stages of the technological cycle of wastewater treatment at the enterprises of oil industry. The use of the complex will provide for minimization of ecological damage, caused to the environment, and economic losses.
