Development of the tool for analyzing user requests in applications (by the example of Redmine)

Multi-user application systems are now widely used for the planning, organization and control of the various areas of the company. The problems, arising in the work of employees with the application systems, can be quickly tracked through the means of collecting and analyzing statistics of the executed queries. The problem of registration and processing of user queries is investigated and a solution for accounting and analysing user queries performed in the application systems built with the use of Internet technologies is proposed. The developed tool, that uses the database and the application code of the integrable application system to obtain more detailed information about investigated objects and subjects, can be used for the development of administrative decisions and improvement of the application systems. The analytical capabilities of the proposed instrument are based on the algorithms of computing metrics and statistical analysis (the paper considers the association rules). The development and test of this tool are carried out with the application system Redmine, code openness of which allows to integrate it with the proposed tool.
