Algorithm of choosing a place of allocation of nodes of information communication networks, based on application of the generalized quality indicator

Abstract: The mathematical model to choose the location of the nodes of information and communication network, taking into account the conditions in the region, is developed. It is stated that most models, based on the graph theory, actually do not have information on the reasons of allocation of the nodes in the certain places. During the process of creating the structure of information and communication system, a designer uses his experience and accumulated knowledge base on the construction of communication networks. However, the designer cannot always take into account the effect of the inter-structural relationships of different systems in the region on the information and communication network. The results of multivariate analysis of socio-economic region assisted to formalize the problem of constructing the structure of the modern information and communication systems, taking into account the impact of social and economic factors. It is demonstrated that the complexity of the transition from the functional description of the model to the analysis of the relationships is associated with the need to transition to a unified system of evaluation of the parameters having different dimensions. Within the developed graph model, transition to the unified system of evaluation of the various parameters describing both information and communication system and the region of its introduction is presented. This transition allows to transfer the real characteristics to the generalized indicator of the quality of functioning of the system element. The algorithm of the model functioning, aimed at choosing the location of the nodes of information and communication network, taking into account the conditions of the region, is developed. The application of the proposed calculation of the generalized indicator of quality is possible not only during the process of designing the information and communication system, but also when creating and studying other systems with network structure, which are in interaction with the social and economic systems of the region.
