MANAGEMENT AND MODELLING OF TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES AND TECHNICAL SYSTEMS
Algorithm of automation of the process of induction oil heating
N. D. Shishkin, K. V. Trofimenko Astrakhan State Technical University
Abstract:
For achievement of autonomy of systems of induction paraffinic oil heating it is offered to use programmed devices of the data processing and control of parameters. The basic technological parameter characterizing the work of the induction heater of oil and oil products is the fixed temperature of liquid at the exit from the heater. Regulation of the process of induction heating should be carried out on the basis of following conditions: the average temperature of the stream should be equal to the temperature set by the operator, temperature values of internal and external streams should be equal. Influence on the process of induction heating is made in the result of change of input parameters — frequency of current and pressure. The data from temperature-sensitive elements arrive in the data processing device; they are compared with the set parameters and conditions. On the basis of this comparison the task for change of this or that parameter arrives at the executing device. The algorithm of work of the automatic supervising device, on the basis of which its programming should be carried out, is developed.
