Multivariate analysis of social and economic state of the Republic of Chad for formation of the modern communication infrastructure

The multivariate analysis of the social and economic state of the Republic of Chad is made in order to determine the possibility of formation of the modern information and communication infrastructure. The analysis of the market trends of information and communication services in the Republic of Chad demonstrates their compliance with global trends. The mobile communica-tion systems in the Republic of Chad are increasingly presented by the GSM networks. The factors that limit the development of the systems of communication in the Republic of Chad can be attributed to the complexity of the road infrastructure, climatic conditions, the difficulty of providing power supply communication equipment and social difficulties. As favorable factors, the trends in the development of the mining industry, agriculture and the development of the tourism industry are identified. Generalization of the results of the analysis of the Republic of Chad showed that the country as a whole needs in the development of telecommunications, since it facilitates the solution of a number of the economic problems in various sectors of the economy. Taking into account the general principles of construction of the communication networks that involve the separation of the subsystem of the subscriber equipment, the subsystem of access, the subsystem of control and the subsystem of transport network, a generalized analysis of the various existing solutions in the field of information transfer is made. Based on the results of the analysis as a core technology in building a network in the Republic of Chad it is recommended to use a method of constructing the networks Mesh. The formalization of the research results helped obtain the software, based on the generalized statement of the problem of designing the info-communication systems, but taking into account the regional characteristics of the area of deployment. The presented software also helps carry out the structural-parametric synthesis of different program and apparatus tools to form info-communication system, application of which is more expedient in the chosen region, in particular in the Republic of Chad.
