Method of multi-criteria decision making in the information system of a modern hotel enterprise

Decomposition of multi-criteria problems associated with the choice of hotel rooms, appropriate to the wishes of the guest is made. It is proposed to use the method of multi-criteria decision making in the information system of the hotel enterprise, which is based on the method of analysis of hierarchies. It allows you to select the most preferred option of a hotel room on the global criterion of efficiency, which ensures maximum satisfaction of the guest, by maximizing the personal criteria, which are nothing other than the stated requirements of the visitor to the hotel, which were done during the time of booking or arrival. The developed method of multi-criteria decision making related to selection of rooms under uncertainty is invariant to the main purposes of the arrival of the client, such as recreation, treatment, and business, as well as the system of sets of human needs for the hospitality sphere. While observing the considered algorithms it can be used for other purposes of the arrival. The method was implemented with the creation of an information system of the hotel. Its implementation in the abovementioned information system has improved the quality of service by offering a client rooms and additional services that are most appropriate to its needs and purpose of stay. This information system allows us to analyze the compiled alternative decisions about the selection of hotel rooms with a various set and level of available services and to make decisions concerning satisfaction of the stated unclear customer requirements.
