Abstract:
The presented software application is used for researching the processes of hard alloys synthesis, teaching the optimum control; it uses information models for description of the technological methods of hard alloys synthesis, mathematical models for description of the connections between input controlling impacts and output parameters of the processes of hard alloys synthesis. In a mode of researching of the processes of hard alloys synthesis, software application allows an operator to change control actions and by theoretical and empirical mathematical models calculate the values of quality indicators. Software application allows an operator to find such values of the regime parameters, which correspond to safe functioning of the industrial equipment and the required quality of synthesized hard alloys in a mode of training to optimum control of the processes of hard alloys synthesis. Software application was tested by the example of the data provided by Virial Ltd enterprise in St. Petersburg.
