Use of technology of inverse calculations when monitoring the quality of additional training at the university

Abstract:
As one of the factors determining the competitiveness of the university on the market of educational services is to provide high quality of training on programs of professional training, mastering of skills, preliminary training. The necessity of monitoring the quality of additional education at the university is substantiated. A hierarchical system of the quality of additional education at the university is defined. The urgency of the use of the technology of inverse calculations when making managerial decisions based on the results of monitoring is shown. The algorithm to perform the inverse calculations is presented. Various cases of the higher level aggregation taking into account different parameters of growth of the quality of the low level are considered. The calculation of the required rate of indicators of the first group to increase the quality of the integrated additional education at the university by a predetermined value are made.
