Abstract: The stationary states of biotechnological processes with nonlinear kinetics of microbial growth are studied. The estimations for the existence of a multiplicity of stationary states with the given concentration of substrate in the incoming stream are obtained. The calculated ratio is given to determine the process indicators. Depending on the initial conditions three schemes, including the solution of nonlinear programming task, have been identified. The examples of calculation for all three options are presented.
