Abstract: The possibility of integration of efficiency increase methods of enterprises’ activity, process approach and imitating modeling is described in order to have an opportunity of decision-making in the form of a management cycle. The application of the value analysis for the definition of a set of indicators of the balanced metrics is shown in the paper. Process and imitating models of a cargo port are described.
