Formation of an indicators set for quality estimation of apartment houses management

The system of quality indicators of apartment houses management has a network structure, and is presented in the form of a model of a control system of apartment houses in the cut of functioning quality. The cognitive card containing kinds of works on the management of an apartment house, their indicators of quality as estimation objects and a base set of indicators, is considered in the paper. The developed system of participants’ requirements of the managerial process of apartment houses has allowed to define all the properties of the system and to draw conclusions about the features of a solved problem of monitoring.
