Development of software package for research of telecommunication systems with a dynamic network topology

Theoretical basis for the functioning of the software package intended for the design and investigation of communication systems with a dynamic network topology are developed in the paper. A mathematical model for assessing the efficiency of designed telecommunication networks is developed. Necessary and sufficient conditions needed to ensure the connectivity of communication systems with a dynamic network topology are formulated. An algorithm of the software package operation for assessing the quality of functioning of telecommunication systems with a dynamic network topology is developed.
