Development of self-repairing protectors for protection of electric circuits of the computing machinery

Abstract:
The calculations of resistance switching models of self-repairing protectors belonging to the series R-200 (binary model, continuous model, Furie-transformation) are shown in the paper. The operating principle of the device is based on sharp change (increase) of the resistance of the device, when it is reaching the threshold temperature. All the given resistance switching models of self-repairing protectors belonging to the series R-200 are received on the base of experimental data, and are appropriate for the description of the operation of self-repairing protectors.
