Studying of business processes of an object of building on the basis of theoretical and multiple model of the building organization in functioning management

Complex estimation of functioning of the organization is impossible without application of the system approach, allowing to connect in a single whole a set of elements, business processes influencing the activity of the organization. Communications between similar elements, as a rule are poorly formalized, the system itself is poorly structured and multivariable, as a result of it the objects influencing the present work of the organization are considered in isolation. It is offered to carry out the complex analysis of the work of the organization on the basis of the model that considers a set of business processes effecting the quality. For this purpose it is necessary to analyze the deviations, to draw up a theoretical and multiple model of the system and a scheme of cognitive card.
