Abstract:
The method of probe spectroscopy of amorphous media is developed in the mode of incoherent photon echo, which makes it possible to study the processes of optical dephasing at high (up to room) temperatures and under high hydrostatic pressure. The incoherent photon echo spectrometer and the original experimental instrumentation for control and measuring of external hydrostatic pressure during the investigation of disordered impurity media are described. Optical dephasing of impurity tetra-tert-butyl-tyrelene (TBT) molecules embedded into the matrix of polyisobutylene (PIB) at high temperatures (77–300 K) is analyzed. Results of the investigation of the spectral dynamics of chromophore molecules under high pressure are provided.
