The fluctuation of density electronic states tails in the fuse of alkaline halide metals

Abstract:
The theoretical analysis of structure ionic melts is carried out. The casual thermal movement of atoms and molecules in ionic melts is responsible for its disordered structure. The arrangement of fluctuations of the charged particles in saline melts correlates with fluctuations of electronic levels of its structural particles. The consideration of ionic melts as continuous medium is the precondition in study of interrelation fluctuation in an arrangement of the charged particles of salt melt with fluctuation of electronic levels of its structural particles. On the basis of electronic absorption spectra fused of alkaline halide metals (AHM) it is shown that change of the form of edge of absorption investigated molten salt on a tail of the absorption coefficient is connected with presence of a flat spectrum of the fluctuating electronic levels stretched in the prohibited zone. It is shown that among fused AHM value of absorption coefficient on tails of spectral curves decreases from LiCl to CsCl and from LiCl to LiI.
