Abstract:
This work is devoted to solving the problem of analysis and classification of biological structures and non-organic substrates by images of atomic force microscopy (АFМ) with the use of fractal analysis methods. It is shown that the specified approaches can be used for the quantitative description of the structures forming the biosensor.
